Questions and Answers

Q: Why is there a screw in the top lid?
A: This was used in production because it was too smooth to hold by machines.

Q: Why are there magnets for as the case feet?
A: To allow more customization.

Q: Can I use other case fans in this case?
A: No the included fan is the best fan on the market for Entropy.

Q: Why is there no bracket for SSD drives?
A: They have no moving parts and can just be cable tied to anything.

Q: Why is the provided PCI-E riser cable without power via molex connector?
A: ITX motherboards already provide the power required to the riser cable.

Q: Are there any import duties or other costs for USA based customers?
A: Maybe VAT will apply, Computer cases below the value of 800$ are free of charge.

Q: What is the volume of entropy?
A: 8 liters + 2 liters cable compartment.

Q: What are the temperatures on full load?
A: Depends on your systems configuration. There is at least one video about this.

Q: What colors will be available?
A: Darkest Black, Bright White.

Q: What happened to the unpainted version for modders?
A: Cancelled because of possible rust.

Q: Will “All In One” water coolers fit into my Entropy case?
A: The NZXT X31 and the Cooler Master: Seidon V2 both fit into the Entropy case.

Q: How many harddrives or SSD’s do fit in my Entropy?
A: Depends on how creative you are. Break open 2.5″ SSD’s and it becomes 4 times smaller but still useable.

Q: How do you secure the graphics card?
A: With cable-tie’s and a screw

Q: What Is the maximum CPU cooler height?
A: 43mm. Recommended coolers are the COOLTEK ITX 30 or the Scythe Kozuti.
